Plaza Bhinneka is the third of three open spaces along Sumbu Kebangsaan (the main pillar of the IKN city structure). Located on the south side of the Plaza Sipil, this plaza is also a series of three open spaces. The story about Indonesia now and its culture is the main concept behind the design.

The main areas in this open space are the Viewing Deck, Bhinneka Bridge, Bhinneka Lawn, Moses Deck, Diversity Amphitheater, Memorial Lane, and 0 km Plaza.
